This is a malicious prosecution action in which Jack R. Hunt and Construction and Development, Inc. (defendants-appellants), appeal a jury award for actual and punitive damages entered against them and in favor of Sherman H. Sampson (plaintiff-appellee). The appellants contend the trial court erred in (1) directing verdicts in favor of the plaintiff on the issues of whether the appellants had probable cause to file the previous lawsuits, and whether Jack R.
