I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the Objection to Exemption Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(o) filed by Nathanson & Goldberg, a Professional Corporation (“N & G”), as the assignee of Joan Skomurski (“Skomurski”), a creditor of the Debtor.1 N & G objects to the claim of an exemption by Daniel P.
