— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.), rendered June 29,1982, convicting him of two counts of conspiracy in the fourth degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial of defendant’s motion to dismiss his indictment on the ground that he had been denied his statutory right to a speedy trial. By order dated May 16, 1983, this court remitted the case to the County Court, Nassau County, to hear and report on the question of whether defendant was deprived of his statutory right to a speedy trial…
