Counsel for appellant contends with much earnestness that the judgment is not only unsupported by, but is contrary to, the evidence, and that it is against law. Viewing the facts in the light most favorable to respondent, they wholly fail to' establish any legal liability on the part of the corporation for the services which he claims that he rendered it in preparing the articles of incorporation and the contracts mentioned in the foregoing statement of facts.
