This suit was instituted by the appellant to enjoin the sale of real property upon an execution against the property of her alleged grantor. The grounds of suit alleged in the complaint are: (1) The appellant’s equitable title and possession of the premises prior to the rendition of the judgment upon which such execution issued, and notice thereof to the respondents; (2) payment of $1,333 32, and a release by the plaintiff in the judgment of the lien thereof upon certain real property of A.
