This action was brought to enforce an award in favor of plaintiff in a common-law arbitration. The plaintiff was given judgment in accordance with the award and the defendant has appealed.
Prior to the transactions involved in this case the defendant was the owner of a herd of registered cattle and for the last two years of that time the plaintiff was in full charge of the herd. The defendant employed the California Breeders’ Sales and Pedigree Company to sell the cattle at public auction.
