This is an action brought by the United States pursuant to Section 8a(6) of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 (hereinafter Act) to require defendant to comply with the Act and with Federal Milk Marketing Order No. 7 issued pursuant to the Act. (7 C.F.R. 1007.)
