SPARKS, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered September 28, 1945, manda-torily enjoining appellant to pay the sum of $24,317 to the Market Administrator for deposit in the Producer-settlement Fund established pursuant to the provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act.
