Appellant Vincent Koopman appeals the district court’s March 27, 1992 Memorandum and Order granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment on all three of appellant’s wrongful discharge claims, thereby dismissing the case. Appellant sued appellees for wrongful discharge from his position as “Utility Man II” with Water District No. 1 of Johnson County.
