This is a reciprocal disciplinary matter 1 under Rule XI, § 11, of the Rules Governing the Bar, and is before the court on consideration of the report and recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility, recommending that the court revoke respondent’s license, with leave for respondent to apply for reinstatement in the District of Columbia should he be reinstated in Virginia, or after the expiration of five years pursuant to D.C.
