SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.
This is a bill for foreclosure of a mortgage of realty in Barnwell county, S. C. The mortgage purports to secure the, payment of four notes, each in the sum of $1,000, and payable on 1st days of December, 1891, 1892, 1893, 1894, respectively. The current annual interest on the notes is represented by coupons, each for $70. The notes each provide for the payment, after maturity, of interest at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum, payable annually until paid.
