This is a legal malpractice case. Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment in favor of defendant attorneys. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiffs claim in this case arose out of a 1981 tort case in which she sued the Oregon State Police and the Klamath Falls Police Department for damages. Defendants were her attorneys in that case.
