Appellant Judith Kitchin Bolitho and respondent James Morey Bolitho have both appealed the trial court’s actions in this case; appellant from the amended judgment entered May 18, 1987 (the original judgment was entered January 23, 1987) and respondent from both the May 18 judgment and the August 3, 1987, order of the trial court denying his motion for amended findings or a new trial.
