MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently pending and ready for resolution in this case raising a constitutional challenge to a Montgomery County zoning ordinance restricting “adult entertainment businesses” are the following motions: (1) the motion of Plaintiff Bigg Wolf Discount Video Movie Sales, Inc.
