FERREN, Senior Judge:
Appellant George Fadero brings multiple challenges to his convictions for felony assault on a police officer while armed (APOWA)1 and related charges2 arising out of an incident on February 12, 2011, as well as his convictions for unlawful possession of a controlled substance (marijuana)3 and related charges4 attributable to the search incident to his arrest on February 25, 2011.
