This action, originally filed by the plaintiff, Wisconsin Screw Company, against the defendants, Detroit Fire & Marine Insurance Company of Detroit, Michigan, and Springfield Fire and Marine Insurance Company, in the Circuit Court of Racine County, Wisconsin, was removed to this court on November 22, 1957. The plaintiff filed an “Answer to Removal Petition” on December 11, 1957, asking that the case be remanded.
