Miller v. Scott

This case is before this court on appeal from the judgment of the common pleas court. It is an action in equity, by which Clara F. Miller seeks to enforce the lien of a judgment' obtained by her against Glen R. Scott and Hazel M. Scott by the sale of real estate belonging to said Glen R. Scott and Hazel M. Scott.
