MILLER, Judge.
This cause was filed on February 20, 1981, by 5-year-old TLE., an illegitimate child, to establish the paternity of her fa*1269ther. A judgment of dismissal was entered initially by the Marion Superior Court Juvenile Division for the reason that the paternity statute in effect at the time TL.E. was born contained a two-year statute of limitations, which had expired at the time suit was brought.
