Appeal from a judgment o-f the superior court for Clarke county, McCredie, J., entered March 20, 1905, upon sustaining a demurrer to the complaint, dismissing an action to recover from a railroad company the amount of labor claims incurred by a contractor in construction work.

— This action was brought to recover on account of labor performed in the construction of the railroad of the defendant Portland, Vancouver & Yakima Railway Company. The cause was determined below on demurrer to the complaint.
