Plaintiff commenced this action in the district court of Stephens county, Okla., to recover the sum of $2,293.75, due on certain promissory notes for principal, interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs. Said notes were signed by J. R. Sparks, one of the defendants ; and said petition alleged that J. R.
