This appeal involves the validity of an antenuptial agreement between appellee Lelia E. Arnold and the late W. F. (Floyd) Arnold, which was considered by the chancery court; and the validity of claims for alleged loans allowed by the probate court which were made against the estate by Mrs. Arnold. The actions were consolidated for trial by agreement of the parties and have been consolidated for the purpose of consideration on appeal.
