This is an action for divorce instituted by the plaintiff, O. C. Oliphant, against his wife, Helen Oli-phant. In his original complaint the plaintiff sets up personal indignities by the defendant toward the plaintiff such as to render his condition in life intolerable, specifying same, and in an amendment to his complaint he alleged that the defendant was guilty of acts of adultery, as, follows: First, that on the 20th day of April, 1927, the defendant, in company with a male person about thirty-eight years, of age, whose name is unknown to the plaintiff, occupied a room in the Sylvia Hotel,…
