This is an appeal by defendant Reeder Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Reeder) from a judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff United Savings and Loan Association (hereinafter referred to as United). The action, tried to the court, was for damages for breach of a written contract (hereinafter referred to as The Agreement) for the sale of real property by United Savings and Loan Association to defendant Reeder.
