The plaintiff, Ann Carone (“Carone”) brings the present action against the defendants, Maryanne Mascolo, Cathy A. Goodrich, James Freund, and’ Thomas Pe-truny (collectively, “the Defendants”), alleging violations of her rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, and under Connecticut common law.
