Plaintiff Thomas C. Wallace seeks certain additional financial damages, to be determined by bench trial, following a jury’s verdict finding defendants liable for First Amendment retaliation pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and awarding emotional distress and punitive damages.
