Plaintiff Tremaine Johnson (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action against his current employer, defendant Long Island University (“LIU”), alleging disparate treatment and hostile work environment on account of his race and gender in violation of: (1) Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; (2) 42 U.S.C. § 1981; and (3) the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), N.Y.
