Upon this appeal it is contended by appellant, Fairmont Investment Company, that Section 20 of the zoning ordinances of tbe City of St. Louis (Ordinance 35003 as amended by Ordinance 35009, both first effective in the year 1926) as applied to appellant’s property by the Board of Adjustment, and by the circuit court in this cause in its judgment which affirmed the order of the Board, violates certain constitutional provisions.
