This ease brings up for review the effect of certain statements by trial counsel at the trial and the sufficiency of the staff judge advocate’s post-trial review.
Two of the three charges against the accused arose out of his failure to obey separate orders from his first sergeant and his company commander to perform “KP” (kitchen police duties).
