JOHNSON, Judge.

This appeal presents the ' question whether an assignment of a no-fault insurance claim to a medical provider is valid and enforceable if the applicable insurance policy states that assignments are forbidden. Applying the caselaw concerning anti-assignment provisions in insurance policies and the plain language of the Minnesota No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act, Minn.Stat. §§ 65B.41-.71 (2014), we conclude that the assignments at issue in this appeal are invalid and unenforceable for purposes of the No-Fault Act because the applicable automobile insurance policy contains…
