This diversity action arises out of the alleged sexual harassment of the plaintiff Lorraine M. Vicarelli (‘Vicarelli”). Vicarelli, a citizen of Massachusetts, worked as an independent contractor for the defendant Business International, Inc., d/b/a Economist Intelligence Unit, a New York corporation (“EIU”).
