The plaintiff, Karen A. Green, alleges that she was sexually harassed over a three-year period while employed by the defendant, Wyman-Gordon Company. The defendant terminated Green’s employment in June, 1992. In April, 1994, Green brought suit against the defendant in the Superior Court, alleging violations of G.
