OPINION
CLELAND, District Judge.
After Defendant-Appellee Miller Brewing Company (“Miller”) terminated Plaintiff-Appellant Karen Sosby, she filed a complaint against Miller, alleging sex, race, and disability discrimination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate under Ohio Revised Code § 4112, race discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, wrongful discharge in violation of Ohio public policy, and an entitlement claim under the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2615.
