The Plaintiff, Bruce Backhaus, filed this action against the Defendant, General Motors LLC (“GM”), alleging that it had violated his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, and Michigan’s Persons With Disabilities Civil Rights Act, Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.1101 (“PWDCRA”).
