SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

On December 4, 1990, appellant was tried before a military judge sitting alone at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. In accordance with her pleas, she was found guilty of larceny (2 specifications); wrongfully drawing and uttering a bad cheek; dishonorably failing to maintain sufficient funds; and dishonorably failing to pay a just debt (3 specifications — one being found as a lesser-included offense to a bad-check offense), in violation of Articles 121, 123a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 923a, and 934, respectively.
