Error to a judgment of- the Circuit Court of Rocking-ham county in a proceeding by motion for a judgment.. Judgment for the plaintiffs. Defendant assigns error.

*722This writ of error brings under review a judgment for $500, recovered by the defendants in error against the plaintiff in error as commissions for the sale of his farm. The case was submitted to the court without the intervention of a jury.
