[¶ 1] Jean and Celine LeClerc appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Mills, C.J., and Jabar, J.) that: (1) adopted a referee’s report declaring that Joseph and Nelson Dionne have record title to a disputed parcel of land in Fort Kent; (2) awarded the Dionnes timber trespass damages against Jean LeClerc for cutting trees on the disputed parcel; and (3) awarded no damages on the LeClercs’ third-party claim against Philip Roy for breach of the covenant of warranty.
