Supreme Judicial Court of Maine

Decided January 25, 2011No. Docket: Cum-09-545PublishedCited by 32 opinions

1Opinion of the CourtJabar, J.

[¶ 1] Following the testimony of two expert witnesses in support of Lori Han-drahan’s complaint for protection from abuse filed against her ex-husband, Igor Malenko, 1 on behalf of the parties’ minor child, the District Court (Portland, Mos-kowitz, J.) entered a judgment in favor of Malenko. Handrahan asks us to conclude that the expert witness testimony compelled a finding that Malenko was abusing the child. Because we conclude that the trial court’s evaluation of the evidence was not clearly erroneous, we affirm the judgment.
