This is an interlocutory appeal of a district court order denying Defendants’ motion to strike Plaintiffs’ jury demand. A single issue is presented on appeal: Does the Seventh Amendment of the United States Constitution entitle Plaintiffs to a jury trial on claims to recover enhanced severance plan benefits under 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”)?
