Plaintiff has judgment on a verdict for damage to his automobile sustained in a right-angle collision at the intersection of Seventh Street and Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia, at 7:30 P. M., March 10, 1931. Defendant appeals, and the only errors assigned are the refusal of his point for binding instructions and the overruling of his motion for judgment n. o. v.
