MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, District Judge.
The case comes before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment and plaintiff’s motions to transfer this case and to amend his complaint. Both parties request oral argument on their motions. The court denies the requests as oral argument would not materially aid it in deciding the motions.
