This case is before the court on the motion (Doc. 27) of defendants Merck, Sharp *602& Dohme and Merck & Co., Inc., for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(b). The motion is denied.

Plaintiff brought this product liability action against defendants seeking damages for personal injuries resulting from an alleged breach of implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code.
