Darden, Judge:

After electing trial by a military judge alone, the appellant was convicted, in accordance with his plea, of three unauthorized absences and a breach of restriction. His sentence now consists of a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for six months, forfeiture of $50.00 a month during the confinement period, and reduction to the pay grade of E-l. Our review concentrates on the orders convening this special court-martial.
