Bertha P. Wright, as seller, entered into an executory contract of sale of real estate with T. Edward Duprey and Nina E. Duprey, his wife. Subsequently, Nina E. Duprey died. In the probate proceedings, the vendees’ interest in the contract was distributed in equal portions to her three minor children, David W. Jones (H.
