DOOLIN, Justice.

The Two Thousand Classen Building and the Oklahoma City street upon which it rests, have been the subject of litigation since June of 1968 when the president of the Two Thousand Classen Corporation conceived the idea of joining two office buildings together by vacation of the street separating them. Upon application the city council purportedly vacated the street and the Two Thousand Classen Building was constructed. Owners’ allegations to the city council in support of vacation that the street had been occupied adversely for the previous five years were found to be fraudulent…
