This lawsuit involves the question of primary and secondary liabilities between the defendants in a foreclosure suit, with Avhich the successful plaintiff is not concerned.

The defendant, Dora E. Harvey, owned a house and lot in Holton. She desired to procure a homestead in Colorado. She had a friend, B. C. Hamilton, in whom she fully confided, and he undertook to aid her and to guard her interest in that project.
