PALMIERI, District Judge.

This is an action brought by three customers of the defendant under section 2(e) of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 13(e). See 28 U.S.C. § 1337. The plaintiffs allege damage to their business as a result of the defendant’s alleged discriminatory practices in its sales of paper dress patterns. Forty applicants have moved for leave to intervene as plaintiffs pursuant to Rule 24(b) (2), Fed.R.Civ.P. 28 U.S.C.A.; the defendant has cross-moved for (1) an order pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(f) striking the class action allegations from…
