Before the court are eight separate civil treble damage suits bottomed on the antitrust laws, brought by eight different governmental entities against six steel companies. The City of St. Paul, Minnesota, commencéd its action on February 1, 1968, by filing a complaint in the Third Division of the District of Minnesota.
