FACTS
Defendants have demurred to plaintiffs complaint in equity. The complaint requests a permanent injunction to restrain defendants from unfair methods of competition and unfair acts or practices in their business of selling memberships in their *117recreational campground known as Plantation Park.
Plaintiffs complaint alleges as improper:
1. Defendants induce potential customers to visit Plantation Park by mailing them notice that they have won a prize in one of three categories and to claim the prize the prospect must personally visit plaintiffs sales office;
