THIS MATTER came before the Court on Defendants Lineare Holdings, Inc. and Lineare, Inc. d/b/a Diabetic Experts of America’s motion for summary judgment (Lineare, Inc. is referred to as “Lineare;”1 Lineare Holdings, Inc. is referred to as “Holdings”), on Relators Matt Peoples and Gerry Phalp’s six threshold exemplars.
