This is a qui tam action in which Theodore A. Schiff, M.D.—a double board certified dermatologist based in Palm Beach County, Florida—brought this action as Relator1 on behalf of the United States (the “Government”) under the False Claims Act, (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733.
